LDTViewer

  LDTViewer is a GDS/OASIS layout viewer. It has easy navigation (zoom in/out, pan),
measuring mode. It allows to customize colors/filling patterns, control level of hierarchy,
has a history of navigation and various array modes. It is specifically designed to handle large files.
