PopOops is a small and easy to use program that blocks pop-up windows in Internet Explorer. It runs in the system tray and optionally plays sound and/or shows a balloon tooltip every time a popup is blocked. Unlike most pop up blockers, PopOops has an emergency switch that automatically closes every Internet Explorer window open.
