ContactDB (32-bit)

  ContactDB is a 32-bit contact manager that tracks name, address, telephone number, pager number, fax number, e-mail, and so on. It allows for an unlimited number of contacts, contains user-extendable contact categories, and can share data with other applications via flexible import/export functions. It can also track contact activity on a day-to-day basis and link to e-mail software such as Outlook. Contact DB is multiuser capable (this, however, requires a license upgrade).
