DB Query

  This distributed client/server application offers technology of database querying without using SQL laguage syntax. DB Query is partitioned into two logical units which run in conjunction on separate computers-thin client and remote server. Db Query client is installed on end user's computer. It allows to make database search requests quite simply. For it, the special access schemes are used. These schemes are information model of the related database tables which are clear for user's perception. The Remote server is installed in a central networking location accessible to all clients. It performs authorized connection of clients, granting them the individual access rights, and executes incoming search queries. For data protection against unauthorized access, server uses authorized client connection through login and password. Besides it, client software binds to the user's computer so, that connection to server with given login/password becomes possible only from single workplace
