No mattter what type of will you have, you will be able to lose weight and change your life if you follow the plan I made for myself. And, the more overweight you are, the better this plan will make you lose weight. I was over 300 lbs and could hardly walk or even enjoy life and I wasn't even 47 yet! I used to enjoy being outside, playing with my daughter, going fishing and doing other things, the weight was destroying my life, I have now completely turned my life around, and it's great again.
