IEGuardian - Protect your IE settings, stop popups windows

  IEGuardian allows you to customize Internet Explorer (IE), protect your IE settings against changes and block those annoying pop-up windows from appearing.

It allows you to disable the ability to change your web browser settings, restrict access to toolbars, menus & Intenet Options. Remove ISP branding logo or change your logos.
It gives you total control over your web browser settings and alerts you of any changes to them.
