  Mortgage Advisor provides extensive mortgage calculations and analysis. It has the ability to analyze the effects of additional payments on your mortgage. Sometimes it is possible to reduce the interest cost of your mortgage by many thousands of dollars, by making a small additional payment per month. This program includes a Mortgage Schedule that shows a summary of your mortgage, period by period. It shows total interest, capital reduction, outstanding balance, accumulated interest, and capital over the period of the mortgage. The Mortgage grid shows a range of mortgage amounts and interest rates around the values you have entered so that you can see the effect of increasing/decreasing the total mortage amount and changing interest rates on your monthly repayment. It allows eight types of interest-compounding and repayment periods, including weekly, monthly, and semi-annual blocks of time. There is also a pie chart showing a cost breakdown of your mortgage.

Mortgage Advisor supports US and Canadian mortgages, as well as mortgages in many other countries. This updated version allows you to calculate the mortgage payment, maortgage principal, and period or interest.
