This is a nice small picture viewer with futures like; picture resolution, physical dimension, filename, filesize, change picture size to Stretch Image, Auto Size, Center Image, Normal Size, change border style to Fixed Single, Fixed3D, None, Back Color, Background Image, Image Details panel Show, Hide. Really useful utility I use it to view my pictures or backgrounds collection.
