  VKStartupManager is an easy to use tool which allows you to
customize Windows 95/98 startup process.
Features:
- add, delete, enable/disable programs, which start in Windows loadtime
- easy editing configuration files: autoexec.bat, config.sys,
winstart.bat, dosstart.bat
- manage Windows startup, wait and turn off logo.
- manage various boot options
- "Advanced startup list" - more managment options for programs,
which start at Windows loadtime
- "AutoRemove" - prevent to start during loadtime annoying programs, which
